Continuing airworthiness
Life limits and calendar limits, overhaul intervals, and limits counted on hours, landings, cycles and APU starts. Each limit is counted separately; the nearest one governs.
The system counts what is left against the maintenance programme for the type, warns about approaching limits and keeps the records of the individual aircraft. The airworthiness decision stays with the engineer.
Four things an operator normally keeps in separate spreadsheets and folders.
Life limits and calendar limits, overhaul intervals, and limits counted on hours, landings, cycles and APU starts. Each limit is counted separately; the nearest one governs.
Checks taken from the maintenance programme for the type. On the Mi-8AMT that is F-1 every 50 hours, then 100, 300, 500 and 1000, tolerance ±10 hours. The Mi-8MTV-1 has four checks. Every figure carries its clause and page.
Receipt, issue, transfer, and binding a part to a particular aircraft. The spares list from the delivery contract is read from the document itself rather than typed in.
Work orders on the operator's own form, returned as a scan when complete. Logbooks, component passports, certificates and page images are kept with the aircraft they belong to.
We automatically check the HSC library weekly and import airworthiness directives, service bulletins, manufacturer letters and revised operating documentation available under your agreement.
Each aircraft has its own revision register and individual applicability decisions. The engineer is notified, reviews the document and confirms applicability before it and the prepared tasks are used in maintenance planning.
Check → import → engineering review → planning
Four things, each of which can be checked.
Every scheduled check carries a reference to the clause and page of the document. The figure can be verified without asking us.
Mi-8AMT maintenance programme, part 1, clause 00.1.14, page 27The engineer photographs the page, the system reads the lines and shows them next to the image. Every figure is checked by eye and corrected before it reaches the records.
Time in service = flight time + ⅕ of ground running, NTERAT GA-93, clause 12.2.4Airworthiness is confirmed by the person answerable for it, and their signature stands under the document, not under a calculation.
Mi-8T, MTV, AMT, Mi-171. This is not a western system with a translated interface: the types, the checks and the counters are built for this aircraft.
Three steps. After that the operator works on their own.
Registration, serial number, the date and the time in service on the day of entry.
One aircraft takes a day: on 28 September 2026, 515 components from a 564-line register and 24 archive documents were entered for the Mi-8MTV-1 with serial number 97609.
Entering utilisation, raising a work order, attaching a document. The manual is short and there are few screens.
Each side has its own account and its own rights.
We will set it up on your own aircraft: one airframe entered from your records, with access handed over.
